South Africa, Gauteng, Female

Gender for me is something that has been built up over time, accumulating roles, specifications, and responsibilities. Now, in terms of my course, it often falls away, making me feel as if I were an equal. The way in which it affects my design is not by unpacking the different gender/sexual aspects, but rather comes into play when I wish to integrate them to make then one, as we are all parts of a whole. after all, we’re part of something way bigger.
