South Africa, Gauteng, Female, 24 and under

There are more female lecturers than male lecturers, and there are more females in the department than males, but in most of the research of designers in industry, that I’ve done; most of the designers are male. Many famous designers who go on to design great things that are remembered and cherished by many (eg. logos for well-loved companies etc.) are mostly male. Female designers in industry are not as well known /famous as male designers despite there being more females in the department
