South Africa, Gauteng, Female, 24 and under

Being a woman affects my confidence as the majority gender, being male, still today looks down at us in the field. There is a clear separation or difference in how projects, conversations, handlings of meetings are conveyed once a woman is involved. Often women in the field are underestimated, undervalued and undermined. We still have a major gap/difference in wages/salaries, whilst in the exact same qualifications + job positions.
