I feel like there is equal representation of gender in my department. Fair amount of female and male lecturers and around the industry, I feel like the whole industry is a male based industry because males in terms of number are dominating women; I really don’t know why, because women are also practical and creative. Some in class, we have a fair amount and the only time this gender representation affects me is when women are not treated fairly in the industry.
