South Africa, Gauteng, Male, 25-34

I currently work in two fields of design, automotive and industrial design. The automotive side is on a freelance basis, whereas the industrial design is through a company. In my automotive design experience so far it has been mostly a male-dominated field, although this could be the case because I am the only one in SA heading up this design field. In my industrial design experience there are only two males in a team of five designers. I have recently recruited a female graphic designer to run design projects for my clients. Her creative and project management ability is out of this world, I have no idea if this is attributed to her gender or to her as an individual.
