South Africa, Johannesburg, Female, 24 and under

Being a female in a predominantly male industry, can compromise my confidence in myself. As it is difficult to assert dominance when it comes to a collaborative project. Understanding that as a female I may be seen as vulnerable, it motivates me to become more confident in my design. My work ethic and leadership skills when there are other people of the same gender in the same industry it can be a lot more motivating and boost confidence a lot.
