Well, in societies eyes I am simply “female”. I chose “non-binary” because I want to be viewed as “human” . I think it affects my experience as a design student , by challenging me to design as and for a “human”, not as and for “male/female”. It challenges my experience in design and in feedback. a lot of the time my projects are misunderstood because they aren’t “Well-defined”, when defining & binaried is what I’m trying to break.
