UK, Birmingham, Female, 25-34

I have had six jobs, spending an average time of a year at each one. I have always had the pleasure of working closely with female designers and female developers, in my current job in a Creative Design department, my associate director is female, my manager is female, and my fellow senior UI designer is female. I have never been treated differently because I am female and have never found being female has hindered finding a new job. I have noticed in certain companies there can be more male developers, which does show there is still work to be done. I think there does need to be more transparency on salaries too which is not necessarily a gender issue but knowing what your worth is is vital too.
