UK, Bristol, Male, 25-34

Personally, I’ve always sat in female-majority teams, so female presence has felt natural. At my first job, there were five male founders, and as a result they placed significantly more effort on female hires (think it was 60% total), with a number in senior positions up to Managing Director. My new workplace is much the same, although feels less of a visible ‘PR effort’ and more a natural outcome of hiring the best people to enrich their work and culture.
