UK, Kent, Female, 24 and under

Within my class at university, the majority are female with a handful of male students. However, the men are all selected to take part in external design studies which are selected by our male tutors. I have only had 1 female tutor in the whole 2 years of university in which I looked up too. There is a lot more competition to be the ‘best’ between the women compared to the men, who have their future careers handed to them.
