For me, it was a lack of role models or someone I could relate to as a career path to find the right role for me—either male or female. At university, we constantly looked at incredible creatives, which were inspiring but not relatable to the everyday creative work I ended up doing once I graduated. I became disillusioned and ended up taking a completely different career path.
