UK, London, Female, 35-44

I’m lucky to have grown into design surrounded by women. The service design industry in the UK is often female-led — but we can’t see this in the data. Why is this? Is this because services are there to care and support? I’d like to think so. But think it is incredibly important that more men learn design skills about creating services, people, and places that can allow people to connect and thrive too. And more women should be at the forefront of designing a housing system that works for all.
